Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions from parents. If you don’t find yours here, reach out directly on the Contacts page.

Does my child need prior experience?

No. The course is suitable for complete beginners — no prior experience with electronics or programming is required. We work step by step, so every child progresses at their own pace.

What age is the course suitable for?

For students in grades 1-4. The material is structured specifically for this age group — with simple, clear steps and a visible result after every session.

What does the child get at the end?

An interactive robot dinosaur with RGB eyes, sensors, sound, and movement, which the child builds and programs themselves during the course. The robot goes home only if the child has attended at least 75% of the sessions (12 out of 16) — the goal is for the child to genuinely go through the process leading to the result.

What happens if my child misses a session?

With the monthly package, we’ll try to help the child catch up in another group if a spot is available (not guaranteed). With pay-per-session, you only pay for sessions your child actually attends, so a missed session simply isn’t charged.

How do I pay for the course?

By bank transfer (IBAN) only. You can choose a monthly package (the best price) or pay per session (full flexibility, no commitment). Full details and prices are on the Prices page. Bank account details and the participation agreement are provided at registration, once both parties have signed the agreement.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

The monthly package fee reserves the child’s spot in the group and the materials set aside specifically for them, which is why it isn’t refunded once the month has started. If you’d prefer a more flexible option without this risk, choose pay-per-session instead.

How long does the course run?

8 weeks, 16 hands-on sessions of 90 minutes each, twice a week.

Does my child need to bring anything?

No. All materials — the board, sensors, wires, and everything needed — are included in the course.

Can I attend a session as a parent?

The final session (Demo Day) is exactly for that — children present their finished projects to their parents.

How do I sign up my child?

Through the Sign Up page — fill in a short form and we’ll get in touch within 24 hours to work out the details.
